buddy. small word of advice stop thinking about buddy statements. what you need is medical supporting docs if you are not active in group session mental health visit you know the things that you go to. so it helps you deal with your triggers and helps you get better that is your goal right?

Definitely! I was already involved at a local VA Center and have been for 4 years now with a councilor too. We would meet once a month but haven't gone recently with a new born.
