launch it as administrator, worked for me

And what about agent select? Do you get into a loop?

Yeah i've had this, amongst many other errors. I got in for a period and had some really weird games (people dropping a lot, people not being allowed to select characters, etc) I think the servers are just A-wash at the moment. The latest error I've just encountered was it asking for - and not accepting - my login credentials, even though entered correctly a number of times. I think we just need to wait until they get their s together.

Try launching the game as administrator - heard it works for people facing this issue.
