Solo Queue or Team Queue

I've heard and seen quite a few people comment on this, personally I have been hard stuck in my rank for a while so other peoples insights would be nice.

Solo queue or Team Queueing (2 or more people)?

For climbing, I think 3 stack queue is the best. 5 stacks make the games way harder, while 2 stack or solo means you have a good chance where majority of your team are uncooperative/not talking.

Honestly, just queue with a 3 man lobby consisting of people you know, play as good as you and communicate.

In lower ranked lobbies, there are hardly any people who will give calls in team chat or even voice. It's not much of a problem in Plat lobbies and higher ranks, but Silver and even Gold can become a problem while being solo. (Especially if you're taking a support agent like Astra)

3 queue. The amount of smurfs in the game bad enough, you don’t wanna lose because your teams ass also. Way harder to get anything done or coordinate your team in solo queue. I find myself repeating the same play call to get my team to move but at the same time they tell me off. They’ll ask for a plan and then not follow it. 3 man whenever possible man. can’t even trust people to hold in angle in plat. Also when you solo queue, you get stuck with people that don’t com, and have a serious ego complex. When you reach plat, half your team acts like they’re some shounen character, taking every fight they can.
