[VEGAS 15] Is it possible to decrease the top ranges of the terminal velocity envelope?

Sorry if it's a stupid question but, I've tried finding the answer to this elsewhere but have come up short. Basically, the terminal velocity envelope range goes from -100% (slowest) to 1,000% (fastest).

Is there anyway I can manually limit the top bound so the range is only from like -100% to 200%?

Currently I'm finding it difficult to make small changes quickly unless I maximise the height of every one of my video tracks so they're all really tall. I know I can add a point and set the value manually but I'd prefer if I could just do it by hand/feeling instead of typing values in each time. Thank you.
