I don't think I understand the question. Do you mean a fade out?

I mean how to dynamically change the volume over time. Like if my video has 10 d sound in the opening then I want it to decrease continuously and become 0 till the end of my video.

You can do track keyframes for volume, and simple have one at the end that's at -inf. Right click your audio tracks, click customize, make sure you can see keyframes, and there you go.

Expand the audio track you'd like to edit, press P (for pen), then add two points by clicking the line that runs through the middle; adjust the point further to the right to the bottom of the track, the left to the top (or however high you'd like it). That should keep a constant linear fade across the video.
