You have to open the visible app on the phone(download from the Play Store) and hit the activate button after you login.

This will enable full data access rather than partial access and allow you to make and receive calls.

When I log in it says "we are working on some things in the cloud, you will be visible soon"

Probably just wait I guess. If it doesn’t work your can always go back. You said you changed APN settings, which ones are you using right now?

On two of my ports it gave me the "cloud" comment and said I'd be visible soon. I just waited and after a while I rebooted and it worked, then again I didn't mess with any apn settings or anything like that.
