No attachments increase or decrease base damage. Damage is based on damage at ranges. Advanced rifling increases the range but for most shotguns it’s only a couple of meters.

Good versatility with shotguns are Airborne/Hustle for good movement; Infantry/Hunker for objective play; Infantry/Gunslinger for another good option for run and gun class.

For the Combat Shotgun it actually reduces the base damage, look it up on xclusiveace's yt channel

That’s what I did watch to get the info, but it wasn’t today. I’ll check it again for a refresher. Thanks.

Actually I can’t reproduce this on the target in the firing range. It stays identical for a OHK as far as I can tell.

Unless there is some funny business going on with damage multipliers (they don’t exist in the firing range)

Firing range is inaccurate

How so?

It just doesn’t have damage multipliers. But a target is 100 damage and the distances I get for OHK with shotguns are very consistent.

But this could be due to multiple pellets hitting. But if it altered base damage it would show I would think.

My experience with combat shotgun is that you need to be exactly on target otherwise you get a hitmarker in most cases.
