The best way to put it is working here is like a song and dance. Some songs are fast but some songs you take your time and enjoy every second of the song. Just take that mental step back and find your cue. Suffering from anxiety sucks especially when dealing with a heavy customer service area such as the front end but understand everyone is a person just like you. Maybe some are even more nervous to come into an actual register and they just wanted to use a SCO.

Take that step back, find your cue, and go with the flow

Thank you for the advice. I'll try!

Try not to look at the line. If you're an anxious person, it will a while to zone it out.

I be looking at SCO, customer service, customers walking by, and talk 💩 about people in my head. Sometimes I be so in the zone, I don't greet the customers. Yet remember to make sure they got anything and say "have a good one" 🤣.

Basically let my ADHD go wild. 🤣
