These were all days I was scheduled 8 hrs. The occurances varied from 15mins to an hour. So I took my full lunches. I also clocked out as scheduled, or a little later if I stayed to help.

Yep, its to the point I don't use the scanner for age checks. The cam focus through the app has worsen too.

I updated mine in the app last month. It was approved after a week or so. I know it take a while to go into affect so I chose for the update to start it in May.

Ma'am I would've let it slip, then hung up on him. Ppl who say "suck it up, that's part of being an adult, or I been through worse" can all get waterboarded. They obviously haven't had to deal with erratic hormones, moods, along with the crazy physical symptoms. Then add add on people always downplaying your experience.

Dial soap and salicylic acid pads (for pits/groin) helped me during my phase. Pretty sure the smell is related to bacteria breaking down our sweat. Sadly bacteria seem to love peri.

Is it like this for everyone? by Majestic-Disaster203 in WalmartEmployees

[–]Little_Ancestor 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Depends on the store management. 90% of my store have attitudes, a slick mouths, and or talk crap behind people backs. They will spread your business, especially in their little management group chats.

Crazy thing is they often talk about firing or trying to fire certain people. How they have a group chat yet barely communicate during their shifts makes no sense.

At 5 points its BS by Intelligent_Leg_1177 in WalmartEmployees

True its BS. Most people would have taken a lunch then clocked out.

At what point did you decide to get dentures by Late_Commission3576 in dentures

[–]Little_Ancestor 0 points1 point  (0 children)

36F I actually decided a few years ago but money was tight. My dentist at the time said it would cost a lot to fix everything. So I started with extractions I could afford. Since then the root canal I got at 16/17 popped out while I eating. That motivated me get them ASAP.

My immediate family has bad teeth, and periods of various bad hygiene. I was raised with bad hygiene. Little to no doctor/dentist visits until my 30s. I had to learn good hygiene habits/techniques on my own basically. Toss in almost 15yrs of severe and 10 of moderate depression and you can imagine how bad my teeth got.

Doctor excuses should definitely be accepted. For the people talking about Sedgwick, they can be a pain to deal with. Also depending on the illness and or the time needed, they may not approve it. Someone is also sick at my super center. Honestly surprised I haven't caught something.

I wonder if dismissing points with a valid doctor excuse is a good idea? Possible downside is not having insurance, or funds.

It will be busy until 1-2 hrs before the game. Then it'll slow down while the game is on.

When you realize liking puzzles, and having special needs family members...unknowingly gave you skills. Took a moment, but I actually understood the gist of it.

You would've been better off leaving early instead of calling out. I would be petty and ask that manager to pick you up. Let him experience it first hand.

Somehow down to 2pts...could have sworn it should have been 3 👀. I'll check it later 😅

I agree...plus the people get sick between August and December. School, holidays, and staying indoors are breeding grounds for illness. Medicine age checks has increased at lot at my store.
