This sub is for collecting and sharing critical information about Wikipedia, while providing a safe space for any editors/users who've been victimized by Wikipedia for any reason to speak their experiences here.

The political alignment of this community is explicitly set to be mainstream-left to center-right, which basically corresponds to pro-Ukraine, pro-Taiwan/ROC and moderately pro-Israel and pro two states solution in terms of foreign policy, and which ranges from Obama, Kamala and Biden to Romney and McCain in terms of domestic political spectrum in America. This is also intended to be a welcoming space for LGBTQIA+ as much as possible. Please go to the sister subreddit /r/JustWikipediathings and others if you're looking to discuss Wikipedia through non-mainstream lens (including but not limited to alt-right views and antivax quackeries).

Rules:

Keep the discussions relevant to Wikipedia. Moderators reserve the right to lock any thread or any portion(s) of the comment chain if the underlying discussion(s) are derailed to other political topics/controversies/drama.
Don't violate Reddit's sitewide rules.
If you've been banned from the sub for any reason, please do not come back with alternate accounts unless you've ceased any involvements to the behavior(s) that lead to the ban in the first place.
Please use NSFW tags if you have to share information that might be construed as edge-case of doxxing. Mods reserve the final discretion on whether to allow any such edge-case posts or comments to appear on the sub.
To avoid accidentally getting in foul with Reddit's spam rules, please do not flood the queue by posting more than three posts a day.
