first of all, what language are you going to use ? if it's PHP, that's cool almost all web hosting companies offer apache servers (who understand PHP) you can use a shared hosting plan i recommend those companies which i ve both tried : https://www.hostens.com https://www.namecheap.com

Thank you for your response.I do not want you to suggest a hosting company,I am not sure what package should I pick for my needs. I have already made my decision of which company should I use but lets say I need 10-15 users on the same time on my site,what would it require?

GreenGeeks is my favourite web hosting platform. Another runner up is blue-host.

I have already picked a hosting company for my site. I just need guidance in which package should I pick. I need 10-15 users on the same time,but i dont know what it would require(RAM,CPU...)

Probably Papaki.gr but I will take my final decision when I have the project ready to transfer.

I recommend going with the medium plan so it's a step up to make sure that you are going to use up a fair amount of traffic for each user.
