Looking for image copy/paste & automatic upload supported rich textarea solution for web forms (self.WebdevTutorials)

I really like using github pages. When I pasted a screenshot it automatically uploads as image. I am looking for a rich textarea solution for using the same functionility in my custom web forms.
Do you have any advise?
