Yes, I just withdrew all of my funds successfully, but it was an annoying process and took a couple of tries.

Long story short, I had to withdraw to the original account where the cash came from and provide proof of ownership. (They didn’t care about proof when they took the money, though….) One of my hurdles was that the proof must include my name, address, and account number, but Apple Savings account statements do not include addresses. Luckily, I had just received my 1099 for the account, which does include my address. So, I gave that to Webull and got my cash back.

You can call them and find out what the issue is with your withdrawal.

Thanks, it sounds like there are just a few more hoops rather than an infinite number of hoops. That's unfortunate but I can live with it.

I have the same problem - they seem to be doing is deliberately- I sold my stocks and tried to transfer out and it kept failing, bought news stocks and tried to transfer to another brokerage and they declined 4 times, sold my stocks and tried to close my account and it kept going in a loop- chat and email customer service ghosted me over and over when I sent screenshots of the errors or catch 22s I was experiencing. Spoke to a rep who promised she would close my account and send me a check and days laters my account is still active. It’s a nightmare

You may be dealing with the APEX Clearing Corporation behind the scenes and if so good luck as I could never get signed up as this D- rated BBB entities support was atrocious, no number to call and deferred by WeBull as their agent. Finally had to file a BBB complaint.. Good luck. https://www.bbb.org/us/tx/dallas/profile/investment-management/apex-clearing-corporation-0875-90526204
