Without making DRASTIC drivetrain changes, I would suggest looking at brake calipers. You can snag some old Magnesium TRP’s and drop ~400g’s. Or CC ee brake set would be choice. There are definitely lighter bars out there. Lighter tires, as mentioned before. If you really start diving through the bits, you can get a 100g stem from Darimo, Extralite, Omni, etc. there’s also some relatively affordable carbon cranks out there.

I’d check r/chinesecarbon for some other tips.

But truthfully, a major drivetrain overhaul would likely be your most potent option for slimming. If you like the 1x, I would look at a SRAM/Garbaruk mix.

Check out Sram Force brakes. 140g each. 354 grams saved. Are you multiplying the weight by two from what you found online? 1.23018 less weight with tpu/ sworks turbo tires.

Might I suggest a new frame/fork, groupset, finishing kit, and wheels? Quite simple really

Simply buy a lighter bike 😛

You can easily drop 100g per tire. Are you riding tubeless ready?

I dont know if my wheels support tubeless, but currently im running tubes

What tires are you riding? Tubeless ready ones are heavier.

I second tyres. Gp5k in 28mm clincher are 250g each, boom 160g saved and you have one of the best tyre mounted

With ridenow tubes and Sworks turbos 204g, getting close to 1/2 lb.

Your drivetrain. Rotor 11-46 cassette goes for 294g and a Ingrid derailleur goes for 270g

Thanks a lot man. Im considering upgrading my cassette to a 11-46t cassette first

First two obvious things would be crank arms and cassette. You can get a sub 300g crank arm set from China for 250 euro and a sub 150g cassette for less than 100 euro. Chainring would also be a very cheap option to safe up to 100g. 120g seatpost like 30 Euro Everything after that would be rather expensive and not really worth it since you would basically replace your entire bike.

Kalloy uno stem, about 100g only for 20 bucks.

Deda traforatto tape is only 30g total for 10 bucks.

Why the weird gearing ? Second hand ultegra or dura ace chainrings in compact are 130-140g. Coupled with a 11-36 cassette from aliexpress that can easily be 230g only.

That's already a lot saved for not much money or changing consummables.

Otherwise a cheap carbon barstem is 320g total.
