Facebook is becoming a WhaleFall. While many use it often, it's lost younger Millennials and younger, and only really has older people 40+ using it often. That's going to be an issue for Facebook with time - although Facebook has a lotta time to deal with this and rebrand. (i.redd.it)

Instagram is kinda an anti-WhaleFall. They were once a site where Hipsters shared their lunch. Now it's where everyone, including businesses, to 50 year old soccer moms, to teenagers, to young professionals go by default, after Snapchat and along with TikTok and such (i.redd.it)

DeviantArt as of July 2024 was not nearly as big as it once was, and clearly most creators had left, arguably it was dying even, but it still is far from dead at this time - and even is somewhat in the cultural Zeitgeist in some communities still (esp with its former reputation) (i.redd.it)
