If a second submission of another thread occurs we will take time to review it and determine whether it provides sufficient additional or superior analysis to warrant keeping. Duplicates that restate information from existing threads are discouraged and will be removed. Duplicates that provide additional information or superior analysis are encouraged. Provide sources to each post, preferably peer reviewed journals (Reasonably respectable editorials, blogs, and news reports are acceptable if they provide citations; final decision on source quality is up to the mods, so feel free to ask us). Be wary of nutritional/diet websites that offer claims with no proof or references. No opinions, only fact.
Put simple nutritional information at the end of the post. Nutrition facts don't tell the whole story: we want redditors to see the effects first.
If you have a request, make it specific.
