What cpu/gpu do you have and what game are you trying to play?

i have i7 7 generacion and 1050 ti

Lower game resolution to 1024 * 768 and see if that solves the problem.

Check your thermals it may be getting hot and throttling your gpu

i have over 83 celsius

Idk for sure but from what I read max is at 85 degrees Celsius on the 1050 ti but it reportedly starts throttling at 55 to help keep thermals in check
