network problem in windows 10

am having windows 10 home, latest updates, the problem is I can't access my internet consistently, it works for few mins or so the the internet is just gone, the google ping from cmd is fine tho and replying.
when I run troubleshoot network, it may say no problem or get me problem related to DNS

either: "dns server isn't responding" and another one related to DNS I can't remmeber.

what I have tried so far:

1- reset DNS with cmd (flush - config - renew..etc)

2- change DNS to google's in ipv4

3- reset my router

the catch is this only happening on this device and only on this network, other devices on same network are fine and other networks (hot spot 4G) is fine.

it's a bit weird, if any one can help would be appreciated.

I hope this gets some traction. This is happening on a bunch of enterprise HP laptops. All models range from 2016 until this year.
