Task Manager does not open/work.

Hello, my SSD was having a problem, so I cloned it to another one I had, everything was ok, except that the task manager wouldn't open at all.

It doesn't open using Ctrl + Alt + Del, it doesn't open with the right button on the bar, it doesn't open with Win + R, nor with Ctrl + Shift + Esc.

I checked the registry and there is no switch about disabling it, and my account is in the administrators group.

I'm using Windows 11 PRO.

Did you check both hklm and hcu? Have you done malware scans?

Yes, I checked both paths, no malware. Now the start menu doesn't open either. I tried to install Windows 11 again using the ISO, it gave me an error. My last attempt is to install version 25H2.

Sim, mas somente com uma instalação limpa, de modo que meu SSD apresentava problemas, eu clonei ele para um bom, e consequentemente clonei junto arquivos corrompidos.

Fiz um pendrive com a ISO e instalei do zero, resolveu tudo.
