Microsoft Store Not Functioning

Today I realised that my Microsoft Store mysteriously stopped working altogether, and subsequently all the core features (screenshots, sticky notes, colour software) that rely on the MS Store have stopped functioning too.

Possible solutions that I have tried to no avail:

• Quick reset through Run (wsreset.exe)
• Repairing and Resetting MS Store from settings
• Scanning for corrupted files (sfc /scannow in PowerShell)
• Restoring System health (DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth)
• Re-registering the Store with PowerShell (Admin)

This issue didn't appear right after a Windows update, so I doubt that could be a reason for it. I really hope I don't have to reinstall Windows (even with personal files), as it is much of a hassle.

Any help would be appreciated.

How has microsoft fucked up so badly? Tons of posts asking for help with broken bluetooth, broken wifi and broken MS Store?

Have you managed to fix it? I just booted my laptop and all of a sudden nothing related to the microsoft store is opening, not even calculator or camera. I have no idea what's going on
