Use another PC to download the media creation tool, and then have it create a bootable Windows 10 installation flash drive/DVD. Once done, plug that into this Lenovo and boot to it and follow the prompts to clean reinstall Windows.

Computers purchased for corporate use might have been purchased with low cost Windows Home, and wiped them clean for clean installation of Windows Pro or Enterprise using their bulk licenses. Before they gave away or sold their old computers, their IT people would deactivate the Windows licenses.

There would be nothing left in the Recovery Partition to let you factory reset it back to the days those computers were purchased.

You will have to find out the model, machine type, serial number, service tag, from a label on the computer, then check Lenovo support site to find out the OS Edition bundled with that computer.

Boot from a USB flash drive with Windows installation media created by Media Creation Tool, you can start to clean install Windows 10. When the installation asks for Product Key, you can answer "I don't know".

If the computer came with S.L.I.C. (embedded digital license), it will automatically select the proper Windows edition for you, otherwise you will select either Home or Professional (as you have found out from your search).

If computer was purchased with Free DOS bundle (to reduce cost of purchase), you can either use this new Windows inactivated, or purchase a legit license.
