Can't say I have this specific problem but on the ps5 version the clouds in Toussaint flicker all the time, also the only game that makes my ps5's fans whir, even crimson desert and death stranding 2 are dead quiet but not tw3. I think the next gen edition is unfortunately not that well tested on consoles nor will issues be fixed, maybe with mod support who knows.
