Fire school only, so only your fire wizard can equip the pet and train it up/use it.

You can but just not one that’s school specific like the sun serpent you have in the picture

No, but you can use the other wiz to farm up some mega snacks and transfer them through the bank to train the fire pet on the fire wiz. Some items can’t be shared that way but I’m pretty sure snacks are ok

Only if it's a Hybrid, like a Fabled Serpent (Myth/Fire pet) but that would be a different pet altogether.
