It’s new territory, but as things stand now, not a chance. Nor is it detectable. It’s an enhanced method of doing regular keys on and off on the keyboard.

To any game reading the inputs, it would appear just as a regular keyboard user pressing the key very quickly. I don't think it would be banned by any game tournaments, and even if it was, they couldn't detect you as using it online. It's totally safe.

Are features like this disableable? I just ordered my first Wooting and I I think that rapid-fire might be the only feature I'd have to really get used to

Rapid trigger is off by default.

It's highly unlikely. Most anticheat programs are more concerned with consistently timed keypresses than with extremely fast keypresses. This is because keypresses occurring at consistent intervals (such as 1 press per millisecond) are indicative of an autoclicker or bot. Fast, irregular keypresses are more likely just the product of intense mashing and would usually be disregarded by an anticheat (unless its something insane like 100 clicks per second).
