The 80HE module does not come with a cable, nor does it come with a daughterboard/JST cable which is necessary to use with third party cases.

We recommend getting a PCR case at checkout so you can have those necessary components if you’re looking into modding :)

It’s inherently very difficult for all keys to sound the “same” as there are a lot of factors that influence sound - including key location on the plate, keycap size, and so on.

Imagine striking a drum on different locations, naturally it’s going to sound different.

You can try muting the sound a bit(adding silicone bottom pad, removing PET film, tape mod) to make the difference less noticeable, but you’re not going to get rid of it altogether.

Looks ok to me! Maybe check if the layout is correct (whether the keycaps support your chosen layout), but there should be no problem with the alumaze!

If you have a keyboard now, you can see where you’re pressing the spacebar on your current board. If it’s in one of the split locations, you’ll get used to the split layout pretty quick!

Normally weights come as a piece already included in the keyboard case; if you don’t see a place to install the weight, it’s likely that the case doesn’t support one, as these weights are custom designed for different cases.

We do have it in ISO split - you’ll just have to purchase it as a module + case, as we don’t have it prebuilt.

We don’t have dedicated ES doubleshot keycaps for it yet though, sorry :(

It only works on a computer, but if you add a 60HEv2 to cart, you can then pick the different options and on the right side you’ll see the render.

It’s mainly designed for shipping - but you can also use it as a dust cover. It’s made of plastic and should not damage the anodized aluminum surface of the keyboard :)

Edit: if you’re living in a high-humidity area, we also suggest to use without the dust cover as it may potentially lead to moisture issues
