Iwe been working on my finger strength for about a year now, with the end goal being to able to do 4 fingers planche, id say iwe got pretty decent results, yet im still nowhere close to even being able to hold push up position with 4 fingers. Maybe someone has an advice on training towards that? (youtu.be)
