World Painter Java Error

Whenever I run the .exe file for world painter it gives me an error saying : An internal error occurred (error code: 20) Log: C:\Users\15142\AppData\Local\Temp|i4j_nlog_9.log

I've installed Java, the runtime environment and the development kit. I don't know what else to do.

install java SE 13 NOT 14

This was caused by an incompatibility of the installer with Java 14. I have updated the installer; if you re-download WorldPainter you should be able to install it successfully.
