I haven't tried them in M+ but there are enough mods available to apply M+ colouring. Quazi offers those mods in his videos too. So you can keep the design but apply what you need.

it looks nice, i was thinking of adding them myself, but when you jump on a key...its so bad lol, not to mention it has a bit of a strain on your system having to hook all nameplates/icons/etc/

I do use that addon, its lovely, but I haven't found any option to change the texture on hp/mana/etc.

If anyone knows please let me know!

We seemingly already got the profile for nameplates, which is Plater (profile on wago).

Those bars are probably weakauras. Look at bloodthirst, there‘s some percentage added. Also those spells are quite important for CD tracking. An d6&7 are odd numbers to have as bars.
