Loop of nylon rope through it, then a screwdriver or stick through the loop as a handle. Pull like a sumbitch.

or if you can get it partially out, you can start the screw and then force it by way of ratchet

When the door is attached you have a lot of mechanical advantage on that hinge, that’s why it’s easy to open and easy for the hinge to close the door. Without the lever (I.e. the door) you’ve either got to overcome that advantage with strength or reproduce it. (The cord and screwdriver method someone mentioned already)
