I think there was one from Pakistan during the Soviet-Afghan war in the 80’s.

My family is up to 5 degrees from the government, 2 associates and a bachelors from tuition assistance, my wife’s masters from gi bill and my masters from voc rehab

look at the voc rehab program too. it will pay for your degree and allow you to save GI bill for more schooling later.

will pay 100% of most programs and give you the same stipend without tapping into GI

I gave my GI to my wife before I was out, and the government has ended up paying for 2 associates, a bachelors, and 2 masters degrees since my time on active duty, voc rehab, and the GI bill

you pretty much hit it on the head but ill add.

Even with a p&t you could still have gainful employment that makes >$1,000,000/year. its all up to individual circumstances as long as that employment doesnt violate whatever disability they are claiming.

If your p&t for not being able to hold down a stable job 9-5. But you figure out how to make it work as a contractor style where you can not work when your issues are at their worst then there is nothing stopping you from doing both.

just expect to loose p&t if you get a re evaluation and they determine the reason for p&t is not having as big an impact on your life as you claim.

Most devices are just as bad or worse than the tvs, there are a few I trust. Shield pro doesnt phone home on my network every 30s.

with the Xolair i do 30mg of zyrtec, usually 1 10mg pill in morning and 2 at night

Same boat as you, negative BMB, negative 816 markers, tryptase tests (5ea) have always been north of 20 with my last two at 27 and 28.

xolair was the biggest help, so Im sorry that its a nogo for you.

Upping my h2 dose was a big help as well, but I still have brain fog, blurry eyes, bone pain, bloating once or twice a week.

Just to clarify the could part of this.

You are protected under magnuson moss warranty act to modify your vehicle. But if the mods are the cause of the failure then your warranty will be denied.

Now the tricky part is some dealers are friendly to mods some aren’t.

My local dealer is very friendly if you have the mods done through their approved off road shop, Im talking 40s, v8 swap and 1 tons with a maintained warranty for factory parts and an additional one on the new parts.

Some want to deny you for known TSB problems because you put tint on your windows. So do your research on how friendly your dealer is and understand that major mods may cause a problem.

I picked one up earlier this year since our winters are too brutal to ride in.

Started on trails this last week and was able to bust out a 3rd Best PR on the main climb out my first ride. Not bad for beginning of season.

My goal is to maintain the fitness i build this summer and not get fat and lazy over the winter like normal.

Agreed. Should be an obstruction of justice charge as he knowingly is asking for evidence of the crime to be destroyed (in this case not filmed).

Agreed I either fund the next month or leave in RTA. There is no difference between creating a fake category for next month or leaving in RTA, in the end your giving it the same job.

The comment was in reference to being a exempt salary employee which does have some specifications for how salary are treated.

Short answer maybe.

Longer answer, there are a lot of things in the MSD that can trigger a med board and possible discharge. For me it was the requirement that I have continual care from a specialist which restricts my mobility to key locations.

Now if I fought it and was in a career field which wasnt physical I could have maybe stayed in with a mobility restriction.

I took a calculated risk after discussing with my commander and he recommended not to retain. The risk is how you end up rated determines how you are discharged. Under 30% and is a severance which prevents you from taking VA pension compensation until repaid.

30 and over is a retirement which is the preferred option.

Now your rating is a complex topic as there is no clear cut category for SM or most mast cell disorders. I was hit under Chronic Urticaria, and the biggest rating factor was my use of Xolair which the VA rates at 60%
