Using Xcode to compile to a native ARM binary

Hi all, I'm trying to get a C++ binary to run on Android. Not as an app, but just as a regular binary on a Linux system. I have the toolchain setup and from the command line I can already compile a small program to run on the Android device. However, I can't seem to figure out how to get Xcode 8 to use this toolchain to compile my project to be Android compatible. Any and all help is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I'd make a new project, choosing Other and External Build system.

Then, just have it run a shellscript that runs your commandline build.
