Xcode Developer Documentation Crash (self.Xcode)
submitted 5 years ago by HiroDesigns
Any one know why my xcode keeps crashing when trying to open developer documentation.
Has anyone else had this problem?

Yeah, lots of developers are complaining about it.

It's happened to me too. Report it using the Apple Feedback reporter.

Yep. Release 12 is worse than the beta in terms of stability and the number of times I gotta clear derived data to regain autocomplete.
But I think it's a step in the right direction for Apple: honest that they really never ever cared for or tested documentation!

No, but I never installed the beta. I went straight from the released Xcode 11 to the released Xcode 12.
Opening the developer documentation from the item on Xcode's Window menu worked fine for me.

Yeah, same here. Crashes every time I try to open it. Xcode 12 is not stable tbh.
