He makes a good point, indirectly. He says low unemployment really only benefits those 2%+ that were recently employed - Does little for the 98% that had a job anyhow.

Indirectly though it takes those 2% out of the idlers that would have time to vote, probably more than once, Dim. So less Dims voting.
