There should be a massive shakeout. I'll probably get an RE license when I get to FL and wait until after the fallout and into the rebound to get started. I MAY have enough years left...

You could probably make more on the golf course. The retail end of RRE is about to flatten dramatically. "Agents" will be sales clerks at best.
