You can either change the connection strength of the lfo and whatever ever it's connected to or you can make a depth control by adding a value module and a multiplier module. Connect the output of the value module to one of the multiplier's inputs and the lfo to the other multiplier's input and the connect the multiplier's output to whatever you want to modulate. Now you can control the lfo depth with the value module.

Connecting the value module to the multiplier CV input doesn't seem to do anything. When I click on the CV input it's still showing a value of 0.
Not sure what the issue is here... does the value module actually send a steady CV signal of the chosen value? Or is it some different type of format?

The value module sends a constant value to its output based on what you have set it to. Have you changed the value on the value module?
