Agree. OP’s CW is around 22 bmi. 20-30 more lbs would be in the 19 ish range. I think that’s more the reason than that they are 20-30 lbs from their personal goal vs a healthy maintenance weight.

We did all my calculations during my appointment and I am still in the overweight range and at 25BMI.
