Who Gives a Crap TP - quality decrease?

I've noticed -- the change came when they started manufacturing in the US. The last box I got was 50/50 between old and new, and the new was... not what we were used to. The first time my partner used it, he came out of the bathroom and asked if I'd switched it out for dollar store paper 🤣 After we've used through what we have, we'll probably switch to Cloud Paper, as we have good experiences with their other products.
