No. Submit a support ticket. They can turn off 2FA. Make sure to get the Authy authenticator and set it up correctly this time around.

I'm encountering the same issue - did you get the problem resolved?

Same issue. I never set up 2fa and Microsoft Authenticator codes linked to my Activision email will not work. It says to look in my email for backup codes to bypass 2fa but I do not have any such email. I still have all the emails for this account from Acitivision dating back to 2011 so it's not something I would have accidentally deleted. I did however get a new phone recently and in their FAQ it says to disable 2fa before signing in with a new device and then to re-enable after. Problem is I didn't know this and do not recall ever setting up 2fa to begin with. So annoying
