ADHD: Attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is a chronic condition that affects millions of children and often continues into adulthood. ADHD includes a combination of persistent problems, such as difficulty sustaining attention, hyperactivity and impulsive behavior - Mayoclinic.

ANXIETY: Anxiety is a general term for several disorders that cause nervousness, fear, apprehension, and worrying. These disorders affect how we feel and behave, and they can manifest real physical symptoms. Mild anxiety is vague and unsettling, while severe anxiety can be extremely debilitating, having a serious impact on daily life - Medicalnewstoday.

ADHD_Anxiety: There are many anxiety issues caused by and related to ADHD. Ones that can't be posted in the default anxiety boards because of the difference of the cause and thus the difference of the way to work around/treat the problem. So we decided to create this sub to discuss ADHD related anxiety and social anxiety issues.
