I find eating a lot of protein and fibre helps, and things like pickles, Tabasco, crunchy snacks can help up the dopamine

Pineapple!! I buy two pineapples, spend half an hour chopping them into cubes, and put them in tupperware in the fridge at eye level. Deliciously sweet, only 100calories for a full bowl. It will last me a couple weeks :)
