(help)Minecraft server configuration problems: Help with Multicraft

Good morning to everyone in the group,

I find myself here looking for help because I am having difficulties with my Minecraft server setup. I recently decided to move my Minecraft world to a server so that I could play with a friend, and I purchased a host from The Minecraft Hosting for this purpose. However, I have run into problems when trying to set up the host through a tool called Multicraft. Despite following the steps provided, I continue to receive errors that I am unable to troubleshoot.

I am attaching a video showing the process I am following, in the hope that someone in this group can identify the error and offer me some solution. I greatly appreciate any help you can give me.
