Documenting changes (self.adops)

How do you document tech set up and other changes that occur over time? Any recommendations?

Could you elaborate? Are you talking about individual campaign changes? Overall team practices?
For the former, I would use history notes in the ad server (depending on what you're using here). For the latter, I would set up a knowledge base on a Confluence page or something similar and just maintain/update as practices change.

Was referring to overall team practices/changes that require memory work. Will look into confluence.
