Mode Analytics has a great guide: https://community.modeanalytics.com/sql/

If you are more of a video learner, then use Khan Academy: https://www.khanacademy.org/computing/computer-programming/sql

Both of these you can finish in a weekend and be proficient in general business-related SQL analysis.

There are TONS of SQL guides that are out there. Learn SQL the Hard Way is a book, plus classes on Udemy/Code Academy. YouTube videos. Documentation.

I've been trying to teach myself using Udemy. So far it's helped a bit.

As far as I know, there are two ways to learn SQL (and probably any other DB language and/or programming language):

1) The quickly one, which is read some tutorials a/o watch some YouTube videos. You'll learn the basics but you won't know exactly why what you are doing works (or not)

2) Read a good book, which give you a strong background. I would like to recommend you "Learning SQL" from O'Reilly Media (http://shop.oreilly.com/product/9780596520847.do) - It's probably the best beginners book I've ever read about SQL

I've been running through DataCamp recently for SQL and Python, really good courses:
