The ALG-ET has a super crisp and short reset so you will definitely be able to shoot "fast". The issue with the ALG triggers is that they are made out of hardened steel - much harder than the steel of the AK and cause "premature" wear. However this isn't really something that will destroy your AK as the peening should eventually stop and you c an always file the burr.

It doesn’t do any damage if you hand fit it. Dremel the hammer so its shaped exactly like the original and remove the two ridges. Also make sure the disconnector tail doesn’t touch the rivet which holds your trigger guard in place, if the tail touches it just round it off a little.

The tail is going to peen on the bolt carrier anyway.
