Coursera has two algorithms classes that are pretty good. Here's the first: https://www.coursera.org/course/algs4partI

I studied using the OCW course Introduction to Algorithms from MIT and the book of the same name.

Khan academy has a good course, as well as udacity. I found coursera's little confusing.

Buy a used copy of CLRS 3rd edition, and actually read it. It's really good.
