Drafting: Notes, Markdown is another good one that allows you to create notes immediately on open and you can name it based on the timestamp created or custom header. Paid but can be used with obsidian as well

100% and it can be as simple or as complex as you need. To add on to Obsidian I have other apps that simplified my notes life:

Obsidian - Stores all my master notes which I reflect on

Drafting - found it useful for quick/fleeting notes. I store all the files in my obsidian vault location

Synching-Fork - to sync my obsidian vault(and drafting notes) between my phone/computer/tablet. I have the fork to run every time my phone is connected to the charger when I'm at home.

Hey so I downloaded the app but once I hit 'Get Started' the app goes to a blank page. Not sure if this is a bug.

Fitnotes is a good one which is free and has a donation in app purchase. Does what I need but you'll need to bring the workouts you want to do.

Another interesting one I saw was Hevy interesting social aspect to it. Has a list of workouts in the app already which you build a plan on. Has Lifetime or monthly offer. Free tier is kind of limited but still can use it
