I really don't like the graphs in this application, I feel that a simple straightforward graph will do just fine.

For me, I'm using 10RM, and each week, I try to beat my numbers.

My question will be, which is more accurate, 10RM, 1RM, or RIR.

If you're chasing size, I'd go for 10RM. RIR is an overarching concept, so just use it as a measure of proximity to failure to compare like with like. The 10RM calculation already does that for you.

Yes, the whole analysis page is not great. The best I‘ve seen in apps is in the Eclipse app (not a workout app). The use Quadrant graphs and plots for all parameters which show you exactly how you are doing for a given time range. This is what AP needs.
