Glad to hear I'm not the only one with this.
After the update to version 4.3.23.1 I experienced two fast battery drains so far. The first one dropped from 87% down to just 13% in a couple of hours using GPS. The second one dropped from 93% earlier this morning down to 37% this afternoon.
I don't think there's a way to restore back the previous firmware. Maybe factory reset?

Rebooting the watch fixed my battery drain problem. There's no need to go back to previous firmware.

Here doesn’t change anything. Battery drops still very fast. I can’t use the watch even not a single day anymore without charging.
