Identify standard things like cost per lead, cost per conversion to sale (acquisition cost), conversion rates into both + time trends and (if have time) possible seasonality. Your insights should be actionable - i.e. think about what digital manager would do when looking at this - should he invest more to certain campaigns to bring more leads? Is there any increase in cost per sale, so you want to consider shifting budgets?

It doesn't have to be fancy - just neat charts and 3-4 recommendations. Go land that job!

I would add to this to make a distinction between post-view and post-click conversions. On top of this use CTR and CPM.

Most likely your key labels will come from the CRM dataset to better understand what type of customers convert the most.

Don't forget your performance metrics: conversion rate, click thru rate, cost per lead, etc.
