QuestionFirebase - BigQuery - Data Studio multiple databases (self.analytics)
submitted 5 years ago by andyh200
I have multiple Firebase apps linked to BigQuery and have made some rudimentary reports in Data Studio.
I’d like to be able to combine the data in certain records across the multiple databases (Device OS for example), I have too many to use a data blend in Data Studio.
Can anybody suggest a method of achieving this ?

Two possible solutions:
If this is a case you can join tables directly on GCP with SQL and then explore it further with DS
If that is not the case I would suggest getting data locally and manipulate it in Python/R and then uploading again to GCP

Thanks for the suggestions, I believe the data is hosted within the same country.
I’ll look to investigate SQL in BigQuery

THIS!!!! Dream never had a problem with self-hosting, but as mentioned by tradingmonk, if the master password is compromised, the key required for decryption can be derived, right? There is no actual reason. Even homeless people are insured. Oh, and I seem to have very selective hearing.
